Orders
Orders are based upon a preorder system during the opening stages of Floxy store.
Arrival of items will take an approximately 1 week.
Estimated waiting time will be advised upon confirmation of your order. Therefore, if you are unable to wait according to the item's arrival time, kindly refrain from ordering to avoid disappointment.
Orders are not confirmed until Floxy invoice is issued as stock availability has to be checked.
Upon receiving our invoice, order will not be made until full payment (manual option) with receipt (ATM Transfer/Ibanking/paynow) reference is made within 12hours.
In the chance of an out of stock item after payment, a full refund will be made directly to the buyer.
Payments
Manual payment is available ranging from DBS Paynow, ibanking and ATM Transfer. Kindly make payment within 12 hours upon receiving our order invoice. Order will not be made until full payment is made with proof of receipt or transaction details.
