Orders are based upon a preorder system during the opening stages of Floxy store. Arrival of items will take an approximately 5-7 days. Estimated waiting time will be advised upon confirmation of your order. Therefore, if you are unable to wait according to the item's arrival time, kindly refrain from ordering to avoid disappointment. Orders are not confirmed until Floxy invoice is issued as stock availability has to be checked. Upon receiving our invoice, order will not be made until full payment (manual option) with receipt (ATM Trafnsfer/Ibanking/paynow) reference is made within 12hours. In the chance of an out of stock item after payment, a full refund will be made directly to the buyer.

Items will be locally shipped to your stated mailing address within 2-3 days upon arrival at the warehouse unless shipment is delayed or other unforeseen circumstances. A flat rate of SGD$5 will be charged along with your order. A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via email upon shipping confirmation. Yes we do! International shipping is available worldwide, costs and time frame of item arrival will depend on the region and weight of item.

At Floxy, we strive to design and curate products available for all sizes from petite to plus size. Most products will have a sizing from XS-XL. You can look out for the product ribbons on the top right corner of the product for a quick view for petite or plus size options.
