Are products ready to ship or based on a preorder system?

Accepted Answer

Orders are based upon a preorder system during the opening stages of Floxy store. 
Arrival of items will take an approximately 5-7 days.
 
Estimated waiting time will be advised upon confirmation of your order. Therefore, if you are unable to wait according to the item's arrival time, kindly refrain from ordering to avoid disappointment. 
 
Orders are not confirmed until Floxy invoice is issued as stock availability has to be checked. Upon receiving our invoice, order will not be made until full payment (manual option) with receipt (ATM Trafnsfer/Ibanking/paynow) reference is made within 12hours.
 
In the chance of an out of stock item after payment, a full refund will be made directly to the buyer.

Local shipping costs and timeframe

Accepted Answer

Items will be locally shipped to your stated mailing address within 2-3 days upon arrival at the warehouse unless shipment is delayed or other unforeseen circumstances.
 
A flat rate of SGD$5 will be charged along with your order. A tracking number will be provided  and sent to you via email upon shipping confirmation. 
 
Floxy uses an express courier to deliver your items swiftly and securely.

Do you do International shipping?

Yes we do! International shipping is available worldwide, costs and time frame of item arrival will depend on the region and weight of item.

Measurements are provided at every product info or send us an email to enquire further for us to advise you on the best suited size.

Do you have all sizes?

At Floxy, we strive to design and curate products available for all sizes from petite to plus size. Most products will have a sizing from XS-XL. You can look out for the product ribbons on the top right corner of the product for a quick view for petite or plus size options.
