SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be locally shipped to your stated mailing address within 2-3 working days upon arrival at the warehouse unless shipment is delayed or other unforeseen circumstances.

A flat rate of SGD$5 will be charged along with your order. A tracking number will be provided and sent to you via email upon shipping confirmation.
Floxy uses an express courier to deliver your items swiftly and securely.

Do note that item arrival timeframe for preorder items will include item shipping + local shipping time span. An estimate of 10 days will be expected.

Ready to ship items will reach you in 3 working days upon order and payment confirmation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Preorder Items
We apologize that no returns or refunds upon confirmation of orders can be made unless the item has gone out of stock. If you are unsure of your sizing and fit, you can drop us an email to clarify your doubts.

Ready to ship Items
A return can only be made if the item received is defected, a full refund will be made to you within 3 working days upon receiving the returned item. Mailing cost is not inclusive.
A drop off/collection can be arranged on a case to case basis.

An exchange can be made only if the item's sizing does not fit you and you would like to exchange for another size.
Kindly ensure the size and color you have selected is your desired choice and fit.
